Our programs
At Harmony, each of our three programs reflects the same philosophy—honoring the rhythms of childhood while nurturing curiosity, independence, and joy. Whether within the quiet focus of the classroom or the freedom of the forest, children learn through meaningful work, exploration, and connection.
Young Child community at Harmony For children ages 18mo-3yr
Our Young Child Community welcomes toddlers beginning their first experiences beyond home. In this warm, home-like environment, children find comfort in rhythm and routine while developing independence, confidence, and care for themselves and others. The classroom is thoughtfully prepared with beautiful, accessible materials that encourage purposeful work, exploration, and discovery.
Harmony Montessori For children ages 3-6
In our Montessori program, children are guided by curiosity, independence, and respect. Within a thoughtfully prepared classroom, they move freely, choose meaningful work, and learn through hands-on exploration. The Montessori materials encourage focus, problem-solving, and creativity while cultivating a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Harmony Forest For children ages 3-6
At Harmony Forest School, the natural world is both classroom and teacher. Set on the protected lands of the Richardson Bay Audubon Sanctuary, children spend their days exploring, building, imagining, and connecting deeply with the earth. Through movement, play, and discovery, they develop resilience, problem-solving skills, and a sense of wonder.
